Manchester Young Professionals Network Launches New Mentorship Program for Members

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Manchester Young Professionals Network Launches
New Mentorship Program for Members

Manchester, NH – The Manchester Young Professionals Network (MYPN) is pleased to announce the launch of a new mentorship program that will give their young professional members the opportunity to get to know an established and involved leader in the Greater Manchester area. Corner Office Connections is intended to give young professionals an inside look at what it takes to lead a successful organization in today’s world.

Beginning in February 2013, a selected group of up to 40 young professional members (mentees) will have the chance to engage and learn from the experiences of an influential business leader who will take on the role of mentor. Mentees are encouraged to ask questions and build a relationship with their mentor in a small, intimate group setting.

Each year, four influential business leaders in the Greater Manchester community will be asked to participate in the program as mentors. The 2013 mentors will be:

• Jeremy Hitchcock, CEO, Dyn Inc.
• Beth Roberts, Senior VP Regional Markets, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
• Joseph B. Reilly, President/CEO, Centrix Bank
• Gary A. Long, President/COO, Public Service Company of NH

“By introducing Corner Office Connections, MYPN is filling a need that our young professional members and the business community expressed; a way to build mentor relationships,” said Kate Luczko, executive director of Stay Work Play New Hampshire and vice chair of the MYPN Board of Directors. “It is very exciting that through this program MYPN will be providing the young professional community with quality access to, and a chance to build genuine relationships with, prominent leaders in the Greater Manchester community to help enrich these young professionals’ lives and professional careers.”
