How do I enter and what is required?

• Email a minimum one to two page summary of a business plan or idea to startup@mypn.org by April 22 in order to qualify.
• If you’ve already developed a business plan and have facts, figures, etc send them along. The more information the better.
• If you want, send a link to a video pitch as well. You don’t have to but it would be a lot cooler if you did.

Power Hour with Doctor Joseph Pepe of Catholic Medical Center (CMC)

Join us as we hear from Joseph Pepe, MD, President and Chief Executive Officer of CMC Healthcare System! Dr. Pepe will discuss the path that has gotten him to where he is today, his new role at CMC, also what is in store for CMC and the Greater Manchester community, the “changing face” of healthcare, and how “Just Culture” can help young professionals in their lives both personally and professionally. There will be time for Q&A too.

Dr. Pepe has served as Catholic Medical Center’s Chief Medical Officer since 2000 and is a Board Certified Internist who has been in practice over 20 years. He currently serves on the St. Anselm College Board of Trustees, St. Peter’s Home Board of Trustees, Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Associates, LLC. Board of Trustees and the NH Hospital Association Board of Directors. He received the Medical Staff Award in 2009 from the New Hampshire Hospital Association and the Patients’ Choice Award in 2011 from MDx Medical, Inc. One of his interests is to change the disciplinary culture in the medical field.  His most recent article (July 2011) in Health Progress, Manage Risk, Build a Just Culture, has also been posted to JustCulture.org web site. Dr. Pepe graduated from St. Anselm College with a BA in Biology, received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his postdoctoral training at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
