The Board of Directors Committee is responsible for the overall direction of the MYPN, and has the
following responsibilities:
• Ensure that the MYPN is following the goals and guidelines of its Mission Statement.
• Provide overall direction for the organization, by setting new strategic goals and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic community ties.
• Enact and change policies for the organization as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of the website.
